Terms for the RoastPOS marketing website and quote inquiries.

These terms apply to the RoastPOS marketing website, product communications, and quote inquiries handled by Naughty Bean Consulting (Pty) Ltd.

Website information

The content on this website is provided for general product information. Feature descriptions, availability, implementation scope, pricing, and support arrangements may vary depending on the needs of a specific coffee shop or hospitality operator.

Quotes and commercial arrangements

Submitting a quote inquiry does not create a contract, support agreement, service-level commitment, or obligation to purchase. Any paid setup, deployment, support, hosting, customization, maintenance, or related services must be agreed in a separate written agreement.

Customer environment deployment

RoastPOS is deployed in the customer’s own environment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The customer has full access to and control over that environment, including all data, menu items, customer records, sales records, stock records, reports, settings, team member data, and operational configuration stored in RoastPOS.

The customer is responsible for managing, securing, backing up, and controlling access to their RoastPOS environment unless those responsibilities are expressly included in a separate written agreement with Naughty Bean Consulting (Pty) Ltd.

No default data storage or processing

Naughty Bean Consulting (Pty) Ltd does not store, host, access, or process customer operational data by default. This includes, without limitation, menu items, inventory data, customer orders, sales records, reports, staff details, supplier records, customer data, or configuration entered into the customer’s RoastPOS environment.

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, this site does not provide a hosted RoastPOS SaaS offering, uptime commitment, managed support contract, data backup service, monitoring service, or commercial warranty.

SLA and support access

If the customer enters into a separate SLA, support, hosting, maintenance, or managed services agreement with Naughty Bean Consulting (Pty) Ltd, the customer may grant Naughty Bean Consulting (Pty) Ltd access to the customer’s RoastPOS environment for the limited purpose of performing the agreed services.

Any such access will be governed by that written agreement. Naughty Bean Consulting (Pty) Ltd will only access or process customer environment data to the extent required to perform the agreed services, such as support, troubleshooting, maintenance, backups, hosting, monitoring, upgrades, or incident response.

Payments

Any payments for agreed services may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Provider terms, fees, disputes, refunds, and transaction handling are governed by that provider’s terms in addition to any written agreement with Naughty Bean Consulting (Pty) Ltd.

No warranty

This website and related product information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranties are provided through this website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naughty Bean Consulting (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website, quote communications, product materials, or any unauthorised reliance on website content.

Third-party services

RoastPOS deployments may depend on infrastructure, devices, networks, payment providers, or other third-party services selected for a particular implementation. Operators are responsible for their own legal, security, and compliance obligations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
